Lyle C. Cavin, Jr.
Lyle C. Cavin, Jr. has devoted decades of his career to representing injured people, with a particular focus on seamen, longshore workers and fishermen. His experience includes trials in state and federal courts and serving as counsel in significant decisions affecting maritime workers.
A graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, Mr. Cavin has written and presented on maritime law and served as president of the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association.
Lia Marks
Lia Marks represents maritime employees and passengers in personal injury matters in state and federal court. She joined the firm in 2005 and earned her law degree from Vermont Law School.
Ms. Marks brings a focused understanding of maritime personal injury litigation and a commitment to helping injured people understand their options and pursue their claims.
